Fish Nugget Surprise..... 10 Mins Prep..


Fish Nugget Surprise, Yes One Of My favourite camping foods, It is out of this world...  Just add fish and potato or corn chips, it's that easy....:)

Recipe; 

2 Lbs. - Fish filet's  any type of  med. to firm fish
1 Bag - Potato chips, any type
1/4 Cup - Milk
1/2 Tsp. - Paprika
Lime or lemon to garnish

Option;
Salt and pepper

African Benachin Fish And Rice- 10 Min's Prep.


African Benachin  Fish And Rice Benachin is a traditional West African recipe for a classic one-pot dish of fish with vegetables and rice cooked in a tomato,( chili optional)  and fish  sauce. Recipe........

Frozen fish works perfect with this........

1 -  Tbsp of sesame oil.
1  Lbs. -  Pd of any fish, cut into chunks.
2  Cloves -  Garlic.
1 - Inch of fresh ginger, chopped.
1/2  Can - Diced tomatoes.
1/2 or 1 -  Chicken or veggie  stock.
1/4  Cup -  Parsley. 
1 or 2 Tsp - Ground  Curry
1/2 Lime, Juiced
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 -  Med.-  Zucchini , Chopped 
Rice

One-pot Moroccan Chicken - Low Fat - 10 Min's Prep.


One-pot Moroccan Chicken 

One-pot Moroccan Chicken, think about it, moving from one place to another and keeping your packing down low, that how the Moroccan's did it. All the cooking in one pot, just add everything into it and there you are, a awesome meal. All the flavors just mingle together and any left overs ( I doubt it ) will be even better on the next time around...Try it...:)

Recipe....

2     -  Skinless chicken breasts.
1/2  -  Tsp ground cumin.
1     -  Tbsp olive oil.
1     -  Med. onion , roughly chopped.
1     -  Med. Carrot (option).
1     -  Can whole  tomatoes.
1     -  Tbsp hot  paste.
1/2  -  Tbsp clear honey or sugar.
1     -  Med zucchini, thickly sliced.
1     -  Can chickpeas , drained and rinsed.
1/2  -  Can water.
1     -  Tbsp  flour (if necessary).
Salt and pepper to taste.
