One Pot - Mongolian Beef

Mongolian Beef  all  the goodness in just one pot, easy and fast. When the Mongolians were travelling from place to place, they did not have the time to do anything fancy when cooking. So a large pot was used over a fire and everything went in, fast to cook and easy to wash.
Try it especially  if your camping. Try it by combining all the ingredients   wrapped in foil wrap and bury it in hot coals for about 40 mins, just awesome...:)  Go ahead and really try it, it will be delicious and will rock your world.

Recipe;

2/3 lb. -  flank steak, sliced across the grain.
3 Tbsp. -  corn starch
3 Tsp. -  cooking oil, divided
1/2 to 1 tsp. -   grated ginger
2 cloves  - garlic, minced
1/3 cup -  soy sauce
1/3 cup  - water
1/4 cup -  brown sugar
1/4 tsp.  pepper paste or ketchup
2-3 - large scallions, sliced
