Magic Diet Soup # 4 The In-Between Soup for the times when "you ate a bit tooooo much". It does not mean it is the end of the world, just make this soup and "catch-up" were you left off.
A Diet is not easy and you do try to keep on track, but sometimes "you just can not help yourself", but it's all OK in the BIG picture, you can do it....:)

Recipe
2 - Med. shredded beets.
2 - Med. Celery roots.
2 - Med onions.
2 - Med to Lg. Tomato.
2 - Lg. carrots .
2 to 3 - Bay leaves.
2 to 3 -- Garlic gloves.
2 - Celery stack, (2 - if you do not use carrots.)
2 - Any Stock (low sodium).
1 to 2 - Tbsp Olive oil.
1 to 2 -- Tbsp Tomato paste..
Pepper to taste.
Optional
Basil
Oregano
Paprika
Parsley.
Salt to taste.
