Homemade Fake Sausages - My Way

Homemade Fake Sausages - My Way

Just Out Of This World Without All The Work, Just Try It And See.:)

Hello, do you like homemade  sausages but without all the work, well here it is.  They are just perfect for Breakfast , Lunch or Dinner  and  always a great family Choose.

The herbs  and  paprika gives it that  sausage taste, now if you want  more of a Farmers  sweet  taste then just add a little honey  to it and watch all the smiles as you  make them.  How about adding some chilly and really spice up your life.. Best of all this  recipe goes with any side dish..

I hope you enjoy them, as much as I enjoyed making them for you.

************************************************************************************************************

Recipe...

1 1/2  Lbs. Minced  pork

2 Tbsp. Instant oatmeal
1 Med Onion
2 to 4 Minced garlic
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2  Tsp. Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Rosemary

Bread crumbs as necessary

Salt and pepper to taste

Options
Chilly as per taste
Honey can be added
Parsley.

Alternative
Pre-fry the onions  and the garlic  slowly with  2 Tbsp. of cooking oil.
Bake - Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until sausages are no longer pink in centre.

************************************************************************************************************

Make then really any size you want, but remember that because they have no casing on  they are very fragile and can break very easily.

Remember  to keep an eye on the frying process because too hot and it will cook the outside but will be raw on the inside. The right timing will be between  6 to 8 mins.. Also try it BBQ or wrapped up in foil for camping, anywhere you can enjoy it.

So moist and tender in the centre and 100% delicious. Please make some extra because your Family will ask for more, or make extra and freeze them for another day.

Perfect for a Morning Breakfast with sausages and eggs. Here I split them in half to heat them up more faster and at the last minute of frying I added a tsp. of honey and boy !!  was it awesome.

Mule Kicked Taters - A Must Try.

Mule Kicked Taters

Mule Kicked  Taters, Just Right For A Snack, Ball Game Or  Just A side Dish..:)

I just love to make these taters they are so ease. Now why do you ask why I crush them like I did in the video. Well when it gets spread like that it crisps all around on the edges and it gives  a nice BBQ taste and the great all around crunch factor.

I find that by using the whole potato it will be less than a spread with the halved one. Now on the other hand , the more the potato spreads the more  crunch you get on the edges, a little more messy but  an awesome  treat.

Anyway  you  kick it, I am sure you will enjoy them.  Try them with different cheeses   or even some bacon  bits,   mmmm, mmm and mmmm.. So get you mule kicking.:)

Enjoy.:)

**************************************************************************************************************

Recipe...

2 Lbs. -  Whole or halved potatoes.
3 to 5 Tbsp. - Olive oil
Kosher salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Rosemary as per taste
Adam cheese
Parsley

Options
Bacon bits
Sour cream
Other cheese's
Other herbs

**************************************************************************************************************

Use the potatoes with the skin on or off, it's really up to you how you want it. Now by using the whole potato and not halving it, you get a more controlled spread but less of a crunch when you bake it.

Do not forget to make some extra because I know that they will disappear  real fast. Make many with different topping for all to enjoy..

5 Min Tilapia Dish - YouTube "Wigs" Cooking Competition

5 Min Tilapia Dish

I made this awesome dish for the "Wig's YouTube Channel"  Cooking challenge where you have to create your favourite dish in 5 - mins. I came up with this fish dish that is steamed instead of fried that could of been a lot faster. Now I could of grilled it but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible from one pot to the plate.

I used frozen veggies that do come in a great variety og choices and makes life a lot easier  then to chop all of them.

This Dish is a low- fat recipe and just perfect for a weight lose plan or to just maintain it. Try it and see how good it is and have fun with the timer like I did..

Orange Cranberry loaf cake - Fast And Easy

Orange Cranberry loaf cake

Orange cranberry loaf cake, easy to make and fast to make. The orangery juice with its pulp   and the sweet bitterness  give it the perfect taste between sweet and tangy.  I can eat this all day and let me tell you that it did not last, in fact it disappeared in less then two minute at my friends place. Just show you that when you make this cake, please make two.:)

*************************************************************************************************************

Recipe.....

2 Cups - Flour

1 - Orange juice and pulp
3/4 to 1 Cup - Cranberry
1/2 Cup - Plain yogourt
3/4 to 1 Cup - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Butter
1 - Egg
1 Tbsp. - Orange zest
1 1/2 Tsp. - Baking powder
1/2 Tsp. - Soda
1/2 Tsp. - Salt

*************************************************************************************************************

I add the berries like this top to  the top and it will find it's place into the batter by itself. If you want more berries or layers just let the loaf bake for about 20 minutes or so to get the top a little hard and then add more to the top part of the loaf. In this way you get a more even and better looking loaf when you slice it

Make sure that you keep an eye on your loaf in the oven  for it varies on the baking time because of the oven temperature or the moisture in the loaf.  It is better to check it out with a toothpick once or twice then to have it over baked.

After about ten minutes or so you should transfer it to a drying rack to get a even dry all around the loaf. By preparing the loaf pan the way it shows in the video should get the loaf to pop right out with ease, I would shake the pan a little first to loosen the loaf.

Pork Kaldereta - Filipino style.

Pork KalderetaFilipino style

Pork Kaldereta is a Filipino tomato based stew dish. It is composed of cubed pork  with , potato, carrots, tomato sauce, liver spread and/or any  other vegetables.

I  recommend the use of liver spread because it will make your kaldereta stand out and get that deep rich taste that makes it so awesome. Keep in mind  that a true kaldereta dish should have liver spread or liver paste as one of its ingredients. Try different  pastes with different ingredients to make it even better.

You cannot go wrong with this recipe.
