How to eat after weight loss , not to recover?

 
The secret is simple :

1. Eat at least 3 times a day

2 . Be sure to have breakfast (breakfast should be light and satisfying - cottage cheese , cottage cheese pancakes , oatmeal , scrambled eggs, fruit .. )

3 . Dinner for 4 hours before sleep (preference protein and vegetables )

4 . Fruits 16.00

5 . Follow the compatibility of products ! ( download the spreadsheet product mix and use it regularly !)

6. At the heart of carbs (vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains , brown rice ), protein (meat, fish , milk, eggs , seafood ) , fats (nuts , oils , fish, avocado)

7. Drink plenty of pure water (up to 8 glasses a day ) .
